Get Knotted!

No, not an insult, but a welcome to the world of decorative knot tying.

Key rings, bottle coverings, landyards and bell ropes, all sorts of fun stuff ...

Whilst there are numerous experts in the fields of sailing, climbing, crime (yes, forensic science includes knots), magic and many other aspects of knot tying, this site deals with decorative stuff. To learn more about other areas of knot tying, visit the Links page.

EXCITING NEWS!

Back in the 1990's, Richard Phelan produced a fabulous instructional video - "Knots Made Easy", which runs for approximately 94 minutes and teaches the construction of many decorative knots.

Phil and Richard have produced a menu-driven DVD version of this video.

Also, a project DVD has been produced based on four knots from the "Knots Made Easy" DVD - "Get Knotted - Create a Bell Rope".
